Return Policy

• Custom & Commissioned Artwork: All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of custom portraits, murals, and hand-painted items, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me to discuss possible adjustments.
• Non-Custom Items: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with you to find a resolution.
• Touch-Ups & Repairs: If normal wear causes paint damage on a hand-painted item, I offer touch-ups for a fee based on the extent of repair needed. Contact me for pricing and availability.

• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within [X] business days. Custom and commissioned pieces may require additional time, which will be discussed at the time of purchase.
• Shipping Methods & Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
• Domestic & International Shipping: I currently ship within the U.S. [Include international shipping if applicable]. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
• Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Kissed by Design is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days with photos of the damage. I will work with the carrier to find a resolution.
• Local Pickup: If you are local to Wichita, KS, pickup/drop-off options may be available. Contact me to arrange a time.
