Custom & Commissioned Artwork: All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of custom portraits, murals, and hand-painted items, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me to discuss possible adjustments.

Non-Custom Items: Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with you to find a resolution.

Touch-Ups & Repairs: If normal wear causes paint damage on a hand-painted item, I offer touch-ups for a fee based on the extent of repair needed. Contact me for pricing and availability.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within [X] business days. Custom and commissioned pieces may require additional time, which will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

Domestic & International Shipping: I currently ship within the U.S. [Include international shipping if applicable]. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Kissed by Design is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days with photos of the damage. I will work with the carrier to find a resolution.

Local Pickup: If you are local to Wichita, KS, pickup/drop-off options may be available. Contact me to arrange a time.
