Custom & Commissioned Artwork: All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of custom portraits, murals, and hand-painted items, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me to discuss possible adjustments.

Non-Custom Items: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with you to find a resolution.

Touch-Ups & Repairs: If normal wear causes paint damage on a hand-painted item, I offer touch-ups for a fee based on the extent of repair needed. Contact me for pricing and availability.
